What You'll Do:

• Build fast, scalable, high-quality backend systems using Golang
• Own the entire development lifecycle—from requirements and architecture to implementation and deployment
• Prioritize speed and performance, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Develop and optimize in-memory databases and backend services
• Contribute to a modern CI/CD pipeline and improve automation, monitoring, and testing

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Passion for performance tuning and efficient systems
• Knowledge of MySQL is a plus
• Independent, quality-driven, and solution-oriented work style
• Fluent German language skills
