Your Mission:

As our Mobile Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming their mobile application into an essential tool for millions of students. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll be responsible for leading their mobile development team and driving the mobile strategy for their rapidly growing platform.

Your mission will include:

• Building highest quality, scalable code for the mobile app
• Leading and transforming the mobile development team
• Architecting and implementing solutions to improve the mobile application
• Setting mobile development standards and best practices (testing, design patterns, etc.)
• Collaborating closely with product teams to drive mobile product strategy

Your Story:

You’re a proven mobile expert with a passion for delivering high-quality mobile applications. Here's what we’re looking for:

• Senior-level experience with Flutter or React Native and strong knowledge of these frameworks
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality code
• Deep experience with quality-oriented practices (E2E testing, TDD, unit testing)
• A solid understanding of the development lifecycle (CI/CD, A/B testing, release management)
• Expertise in mobile monitoring, observability, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with mobile analytics, crash reporting tools, and app store optimization
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• A mindset focused on speed and execution – you love getting your hands dirty and going the extra mile
• Willingness to work at our Berlin HQ five days per week
