Realtime Recruitment is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a permanent opportunity on behalf of a key client. This role offers hybrid working, 2 days a week on-site.


This is an exciting opportunity to influence digital transformation within a market-leading retail environment.


Responsibilities

  • Use customer insight and data to define and prioritise problems and opportunities that create real customer and business value
  • Develop and own product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, marketing, and customer service to deliver exceptional end-to-end product experiences
  • Ensure continuous learning by validating assumptions, testing hypotheses, and iterating based on performance and feedback
  • Take ownership of product performance, holding yourself accountable for customer satisfaction and business outcomes
  • Lead with a strategic mindset—identify trends, competitive insights, and technology advancements to shape product direction
  • Foster strong alignment across internal teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, decisions, and progress
  • Evangelise product management best practices across the organisation, contributing to a culture of innovation and customer obsession
  • Inspire and lead teams through ambiguity, promoting clarity, collaboration, and decisive action
  • Influence and engage non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and buy-in for product initiatives


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering web/mobile applications, ideally within digital commerce or retail environments
  • Proven track record of developing and launching innovative digital solutions
  • Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS, etc.)
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Experience managing both internal and external delivery teams
  • A user-first mindset with a focus on simplicity and customer value
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management experience with the ability to deliver at pace
  • A full driving licence and access to transport (for site visits and collaboration)
  • In-store technology experience (customer ordering, engagement, checkout) is a strong advantage
