Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance and registration of employee data in employment systems, including new hires, terminations, employment changes, tax information, and pension control.
• Maintenance of organizational structure.
• Absence and attendance registration and handling.
• Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses and new salaries).
• Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone.
• Reporting to Danish authorities and performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.
  
  

Your Experience And Skills

• Fluency in Danish; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
• Strong command of English.
• A genuine enjoyment of communication, with a customer-first mindset.
• Attention to detail and precision in handling data.
• Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.
• A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team.
  
  

Nice-to-haves (not Mandatory)

• Prior experience in data management, customer service, or accounting.
• Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP systems.
