To strengthen our UI design Team, we are recruiting a motivated and agile UI Designer that will be an essential part of a dedicated UX team that operates in a Scrum Agile environment. You will handle intricate design projects and significantly contribute to shaping our overall design strategy. This role will allow you to expand the design system, review and validate new components, challenge existing designs, and mentor junior UI designers to enhance their skills.

Key Responsibilities As UI Designer

• Collaborate closely with UX researchers using our Figma design system to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Present design ideas, concepts, and solutions to various stakeholders, including Product Owners, UX Designers, and Developers.
• Prepare and lead ideation workshops and co-design sessions with business teams, UX Designers, and users.
• Define appropriate interaction models and assess their success through measurable criteria.
• Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Actively participate in broader UX Unit activities, including feedback and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of UI Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture in an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of UI patterns, design principles, and visual design with a keen attention to detail and high standards for deliverables.
• Expertise in Figma and Miro design tools, and experience using and contributing to a design system library.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs translate to code.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to promote simple, effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with a natural empathy for the user. Ability to create processes, documentation, and presentations.
• Exceptional teamwork skills, proven ability to work closely with developers.
