Operations Analyst

A leading crypto exchange in Luxembourg is currently hiring a skilled and motivated Operations Analyst. Reporting directly to the Authorised Manager of the office, you can expect strong autonomy and high-level exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and escalate any customer issues promptly
• Support the onboarding process, including KYC and due diligence
• Handle daily operational tasks
• Collaborate with wider departments and contribute to shared goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Luxembourg, ideally in financial services
• Proven experience in operations and/or KYC
• Knowledge of crypto is a strong advantage
• Fluent English is essential
• Fluency in French is desired
