Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our Delivery & Engagement team, covering Workplace Technology. You will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of cutting-edge workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery processes across multiple workplace technology initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure a smooth delivery cadence.
• Support the team in identifying and removing blockers, ensuring progress towards delivery goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and experimentation.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities.
• Measure and communicate delivery progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles.
  
  
  

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and their practical application.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in workplace technology, IT Infrastructure, or related domains is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for tracking and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
