We are searching for a Senior iOS developer to work with mobility solutions. The position is based in Stockholm, requiring on-site presence a minimum of 3 days per week.

The client needs someone with more experience working in a codebase that’s a hybrid of UIKit and SwiftUI, as well as someone who can take the lead in migrating the codebase to SwiftUI.

Start: ASAP

Length: 6 months with possible extension

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex iOS applications for a diverse user base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Ensure best practices in mobile UI/UX are adhered to.
Contribute to the overall mobile development strategy.

Must haves

5+ years of hands-on experience in iOS engineering.
Strong enough to quickly grasp a pretty large and complicated code base that can work on their own as the only iOS engineer in a cross-functional team.
Collaborate with the two other iOS engineers in other teams and push for technical improvements, architectural thinking, and quality improvements.
Proficiency in modern mobile technologies and frameworks (Swift, Xcode, Flutter or similar).
Experience in setting technical direction for engineering teams.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in developing applications at scale.

Nice to haves

Familiarity with Android development.
Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
Experience working across multiple development teams.
