Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process automation Business Process Control Platform division in Bangalore, India and Vasteras, Sweden.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Works closely with Head of DevOps and Configuration Manager in defining DevOps process, tools, practices with KPIs.
• Develop and deploy infrastructure automation solutions, focusing on Kubernetes environments.
• Manage and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Automating and orchestrating workloads across multiple public cloud providers.
• Tracks KPIs to measure the success of DevOps implementation and monitor on project level for necessary improvement.
• Possesses expert technical understanding of the intersection of development and operations (DevOps), monitoring and management tools, and deployment processes and tools
• Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems, API, databases.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• 12+years of progressive DevOps engineering experience on mobile and web platforms and demonstrated understanding of DevOps and technical quality control processes, artifacts and tools
• Min 6+ years of Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong knowledge on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) implementation and deployment through Azure Portal is mandatory.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and tools (e.g., Terraform), as well as CI/CD tools and processes.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/ Azure Certified DevOps Engineer) are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge on setting up Git development model on Azure DevOps/ Git-Hub and integration of DevSecOps tools like SonarQube, Metadefender, Trivy, Netsparker, Blackduck_hub..etc.
• Strong experience on managing Git-Hub as code repository and integration with Azure Devops is mandatory.
