At Relativity we make software to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.
Our Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager for our SaaS platform, RelativityOne, to own part of the portfolio under the Document Transformation group. This portfolio of products converts documents to various formats that are required for specific use cases of our customers like litigation and internal investigations.
The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in product lifecycle management, strong technical proficiency, and familiarity with agile methodologies. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work frequently with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will partner closely with Design and Engineering teams throughout product discovery and product development to deliver valuable product solutions that meet our business objectives.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
208 000 and 312 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.

Customer Centric
- Connect with customers and users to gain a deep understanding of their workflows and needs while validating our approach to solutions.
- Ensure we are solving the most pressing and valuable problems of our customers.
- Speak to the variety of workflows and end user needs we see across segments and personas to internal stakeholders.
- Provide product and workflow recommendations grounded in customer empathy and customer data.
- Communicate our user needs to engineering teams and other internal stakeholders to drive internal alignment on product vision.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of our product suite, speaking confidently about our product from a business and technical approach in a way that stakeholders can understand.
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for your products, listening to SMEs and customers to understand impacts of tradeoffs.
- Work directly with Product Leads to help build a strategy and goals for their products.
- Track and reports on key product metrics that are relevant to your domain and expected outcomes.
- Act as a leader, facilitating communication across internal stakeholders and effectively communicate ‘why’ and gain buy-in from the team and Leadership.
- Work closely with your Engineering counterparts to ensure that the team delivers a product that meets our scalability, reliability, usability, and performance standards.
- Engage in deep technical discussions with Engineering Managers and Technical Architects to understand the implications that future work could have on your product and customers.
- Ensure that the customer experience of technical limitations, caveats, and tradeoffs is well understood and appropriately prioritized.
- Break down large projects into iterative releases, sharing product implementation plans with measurable results for each milestone.
- Anticipate the need to create alignment with cross-functional teams to solve problems together.
- Help the Engineering team translate validated designs and analysis into story cards with acceptance criteria.
- Partner with internal teams to develop go-to-market content, including product documentation and release notes.
- Excited and curious to work with highly complex systems
- Strongly biased to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex topics into plain speak
- Technically proficient to understand core functions of our SaaS offering, built on Microsoft Azure
- 3+ years of experience in product management at a technology company
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience conducting product discovery interviews to understand customer workflows and propose new solutions
