Temporary Role | Abu Dhabi Based | Immediate Start until Mid-May 2025
Join a leading Event Services Company in Abu Dhabi, affiliated with a premier Exhibition Venue, as an Exhibition Project Manager for a dynamic, fast-paced temporary role.
We are seeking a hands-on professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stand builds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all operational aspects related to exhibitions, from planning to dismantling, while maintaining quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end operational execution of exhibitions, including build-out, space planning, power and communication needs, scheduling load-ins and loadouts.
- Act as the single point of contact for clients for all project-related matters.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and response strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on pre-production work, including manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Direct on-site teams during set-up, ensuring proper installation and positioning of all equipment and elements.
- Lead and align project teams around a common strategic vision to ensure effective and consistent execution.
- Support, motivate, and guide implementation teams to achieve project goals and uphold service excellence.
- Review and oversee project proposals and design submissions for various exhibitions.
- Supervise the design and build of exhibition stand structures, ensuring space usage aligns with project requirements.
- Manage risk assessments, safety protocols, and security plans for installation and dismantling phases.
- Maintain strict control over critical paths, schedules, and production milestones.
- Supervise all vendors and crew during load-in and load-out operations.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations for internal teams and third-party contractors, as per company policies and local regulations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all project components within allocated budgets.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in project management within the exhibition or events industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Hands-on knowledge of stand build logistics, HSE standards, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems swiftly on-site.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Availability for immediate joining and flexibility to work extended hours during the project timeline.
