Frontend Software Engineer

About The Project

Our client is a blockchain infrastructure research and engineering company that specializes in building secure and high-assurance blockchain solutions.

As a Frontend Software Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining the core systems that drive our blockchain platform. You'll collaborate closely with the development team to create high-performance solutions capable of handling large-scale transaction processing while ensuring the platform’s security and integrity.

Must-haves In The Technology Stack

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or Typescript programming language and its ecosystem, including libraries and tools.
  • Proficiency in using at least one of the following frameworks or libraries: React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Solid understanding of CSS fundamentals and experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS.
  • Experience consuming APIs.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and its core concepts, such as consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and smart contracts
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and correctness.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and software development best practices, such as Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, security experts, and product owners.

Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Front-end Engineer.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining high-performance applications TypeScript and React.
  • Experience with blockchain technology is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues independently or in a team environment.

Salary

  • 16 050 to 24 000 PLN net/month on B2B (or equivalent currency in USD/EUR)

The compensation will depend on your experience and skill set, with opportunities for growth as you develop. You can expect regular, open discussions to ensure transparency. For candidates in Poland, an employment contract option is also available.

Recruitment Process

  • Discovery talk with HR (about an hour).
  • Technical talk with our developer (about an hour).
  • Call with the client (about 30 min.)
  • Final talk with Head of HR (about 30 min.).
