Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams including PMs, Engineers/QA, CS, Ops, and Marketing to contribute to product decisions and execution.
- Provide ideas and solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project.
- Create end-to-end user flows, both low and high fidelity (UX/UI), and prototypes as needed.
- Review product releases qualitatively and through data, pre and post launch, to ensure high quality experiences for millions of app and web users.
- Minimum 5+ years designing for consumer-facing products across multiple platforms (mobile app and web); must have crypto experience.
- Strong in visual design and interaction design; able to execute prototypes using tools to rapidly test and iterate different interactions and experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate concepts and decision-making.
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple design concepts.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design practices.
- Familiarity with development methods and able to weigh implementation costs versus plan benefits.
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledgeable about iOS & Android design patterns.
- Ability to regularly perform competitive benchmarking.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment that celebrates efficiency and impact.
