Technology Solutions Office is looking for Tech Lead (Python)

What will you do?

• Guide a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of applications using Python.
• Analyze project requirements and provide technical expertise to meet business needs.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members in technical skills and career development.
• Participate in architectural discussions to shape the tech stack and development approach.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the software development landscape.
• Debug and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet performance standards.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Minimally 5 years of professional software development experience with a focus on Python.
• Experience leading a team in a technical capacity.
• Understanding of web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services, especially AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
