Business Strategy & Insights Intern

Working directly with our Growth & Strategic Planning leaders, the Business Strategy & Insights Intern will gain hands-on experience across both Category Development & Insights and Strategic Business Planning verticals. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop a deeper understanding of customer insights, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making within a high-growth consumer goods company. The internship will focus on developing a best practice collection of the most commonly encountered business cases faced by our customer-facing stakeholders, creating a valuable resource for broader usage and organizational learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather data on recurring business cases faced by customer-facing teams
• Develop structured best practice frameworks and recommendations
• Assist in synthesizing insights into comprehensive, easy-to-use resources for internal teams
• Support cross-functional collaboration between Category Development & Insights and Strategic Business Planning teams
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership at the end of the internship
  
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
