We are currently looking for a bright, energetic Team Leader – Reservations to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering the brand promise through smooth and efficient running of the Reservations department assisting and the operations in general. In this highly visible role that gives opportunity for casual conversations and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience, your key responsibilities will be to deliver a prompt, seamless, accurate and efficient handling of bookings and queries.

Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
