We're looking for a talented and driven Product Designer to take full ownership of the design process across our projects—especially in the fast-paced world of AdTech. This role is more than just checking off boxes. You'll need a strong grasp of the bigger picture, an eye for detail, and the ability to execute designs that are both functional and delightful.

You'll be designing user-centric experiences for tools that empower advertisers, publishers, and marketers—think onboarding flows, data dashboards, and campaign management systems—all with a sleek, modern aesthetic.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

Lead Design from Start to Finish: Own the entire design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visuals and usability testing.
Design for Data: Build clean, intuitive interfaces for analytics dashboards, ad management platforms, and reporting tools that make complex data feel simple.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure your designs align with user needs and technical realities.
Prototype Rapidly: Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished designs at a fast pace.
Design in the AdTech Space: While AdTech experience is a plus, your main focus will be on creating seamless UX/UI for products involving campaign targeting, creative management, and real-time performance tracking.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in product design, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to balance aesthetics with usability.
Tool Proficiency: Solid skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
UX/UI Expertise: You understand the full design stack—from user journeys to interface polish—and can design for both web and mobile platforms.
Big Picture Thinking: You create with purpose, always keeping business goals and user needs in mind.
Problem-Solving Skills: Whether it's a design challenge or a technical constraint, you're proactive in finding thoughtful, user-first solutions.
Strong Communicator: You can clearly articulate your design choices and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
