Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CX-Program Management with additional experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain being a plus. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of complex CX programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress ensuring that all projects are delivered on time.
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project success.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution process.
Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands and deadlines.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in CX-Program Management with proven experience in leading complex projects.
Have experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains which is considered a plus.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
Show proficiency in project management software and tools to track and manage project progress.
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
