Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cyber Security Project Leader to lead large-scale projects in the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage complex cyber security projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Experience in CS Security solution across OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, technical teams, and customers, to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, testing, deployment and partners/integrator teams, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cyber security standards and regulations, such as IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, and ISO 27000 series, which are also applicable in the LATAM market
  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies tailored for the LATAM region
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity testing plans, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and risk assessment, that meet project requirements

Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) from an accredited university.
  • Experience in cyber security project management
  • Master’s degree in cyber security or related field preferred
  • Expertise in substation automation, RTU, gateways, digital substation, and power system protection
  • Experience in design, execution, testing and commissioning of substation automation projects and cybersecurity in the LATAM region.
