Junior Game Tester

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Game Tester to join our newly formed Performance Playtesting Team. In this role, you will help ensure a best-in-class gaming experience and maintain a fair competitive environment for players of all levels.

Responsibilities


  • Perform playtesting activities of several game titles, which include both well-documented test-case based testing and exploratory-like testing
  • Set up consoles and mobile devices for the playtesting session
  • Learn how to use required tools to complete daily tasks
  • Report found defects
  • Complete playtesting questionaries


Requirements


  • Gaming experience: active player of several titles, genres, platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of PC/Windows
  • Discretion and ability to comply with requirements to work with protected client information
  • Ability to join planned weekend overtime shifts, once per quarter
  • Work from office, starting 9-9:30 AM (UTC -04)
  • A2+ written and B1 spoken level of English


Nice to have


  • Game testing experience (incl. A/B playtesting), functional testing experience
  • Functional testing fundamentals: theory, processes and tools
  • Experience logging bugs in Jira
