(Senior) AI Engineer (f/m/x)

We’re supporting a fast-growing software company that’s redefining how regulatory information is managed and used. To strengthen their engineering team, they’re looking for an (Senior) AI Engineer who’s passionate about building intelligent features into modern applications – especially using Large Language Models (LLMs) and other ML techniques.

• Design, build, and integrate AI-powered features, with a strong focus on LLMs and NLP
• Develop and refine data pipelines for extracting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Work closely with product and frontend/backend engineers to embed AI into real-world user flows
• Continuously evaluate model performance and implement improvements
• Explore and apply cutting-edge tools and frameworks in the AI/ML space

Job requirements

• Proven experience in software development with TypeScript
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and hands-on experience with LLMs
• Familiarity with data processing (e.g. SQL, GraphQL)
• A background in product development, with a focus on user-facing applications
• Experience working with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Bonus: Background in information retrieval, document classification, or semantic search
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and are comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

The starting gross annual salary is €70,000,--. Your actual salary depends on your qualification and experience
