🗝️ UX/UI Designer for a part-time job!

🗝️ 100% remote (from Poland)

🗝️ 1/2 FTE

Main tasks:

• gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with managers and engineers
• illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• develop UI mockups and prototypes
• create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer
• proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy
• experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
• familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• good English - at least B2
