Mid to Senior UX Designer | SEB, Tallinn

Are you driven by designing products that solve real-world problems and impact people’s financial lives? Do you enjoy turning complex flows into simple, intuitive interfaces? We’re building seamless digital experiences across Internet Bank and Mobile App for customers in the Baltics. As a UX Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with product, tech, and fellow designers to make financial products more accessible, transparent, and user-friendly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design thoughtful, usable experiences that meet both customer needs and business goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes in Figma, aligned with SEB brand and design system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to production
• Participate in design critiques, workshops, and team rituals to raise the design quality bar
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in UX or product design
• Portfolio showcasing solid design thinking and problem-solving for web and/or mobile
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of accessibility best practices
• Comfortable conducting user research and working with data
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Fluency in English (as you will be working across the Baltic markets)

• Experience in the banking, fintech, or investment sector
• Visual design skills and attention to UI details
• Experience working in an agile development environment
