• Understand business objectives, data requirements and transform them into valuable insights and analytical solutions
• Manage data analysis processes and prepare data sets for analysis
• Process large data sets using big data technologies
• Create predictions, classifications and clusters using machine learning algorithms
• Present and communicate data results with effective visuals.

• Degree in a field such as computer, industrial, mathematics engineering, applied mathematics, or related data centric areas.
• 3-5 years of hands on experience in the field of data science
• Experience in building machine learning models in business use-cases using Python.
• Extensive experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in Python and related data analysis, data manipulation and modeling libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Good understanding of the Data Science model development lifecycle (Data understanding, Data cleaning, Feature engineering, Model training, Evaluation and Monitoring)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning models, statistical methods and optimization algorithms on real-life problems,
• Experience in big data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop, HDFS, Kubeflow, etc.)
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch) is preferred.
• Experience with distributed programming or GPU programming is preferred
• Big Data and cloud experience in Azure, AWS etc. is preferred
• Strong understanding business processes and application of advanced analytics techniques in improving and solving problems from different domains
• Strong intellectual curiosity and proactive thinking
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking, creative problem solver capabilities
• Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality, high ethical standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
