About Us

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About The Role

Kickstart your product career with our dynamic 18-month Rotational Internship Program in Estonia 🇪🇪! Designed for top early-career talent, this program offers two impactful three-quarter rotations across our vertical (specialised product areas: Ride-hailing, Delivery or Rentals) and horizontal (cross-functional: Incentives or Platform) teams.

Gain hands-on experience, develop a comprehensive understanding of our product ecosystem, and upon successful completion, step into a full-time Product Analyst role. This is your fast track to building the skills and experience needed to drive product innovation and growth within our organisation.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques and providing reports to make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis)
  • Diving into large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that help improve our product and grow the business
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional team members to proactively identify data-driven opportunities to improve our user experience
  • Designing and executing A/B tests, analysing results, and providing recommendations to optimise and iterate on product features
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate findings and monitor product performance across various KPIs
  • Conducting exploratory research to discover what makes our products successful — and how we can make them even better!

About you:

  • You’re a recent graduate (or about to graduate) in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field – or you’re self-taught and passionate about product and data!
  • You love solving problems, asking questions, and thinking about how products work from a user’s point of view
  • You are highly curious and eager to learn, and you enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the data space
  • You have some experience (academic or self-learned) with SQL and/or Python, R or other coding language — you don’t need to be an expert, just comfortable enough to explore data
  • You’ve worked with (or are learning) data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English — you enjoy turning complex findings into simple stories

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Contribute to impactful projects and gain hands-on experience to accelerate your professional growth
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world
  • Connect with your team at various events to get to know your colleagues
  • Receive a competitive entry-level salary
