Agile Coach (Helsinki)

Elisa's Digital Services is a dynamic unit responsible for creating wide range of services for both corporate and consumer customers. We employ a variety of different talent ranging from designers to developers to product owners and more, all working together to innovate and deliver new services.  

We are now looking for an Agile Coach to support our Digital Services software development.

You help development teams to excel with agile methodologies and uncover ways to enhance collaboration between teams and business units. Your technical expertise shines as you find creative solutions to improve software development quality. If you enjoy helping others and thrive on solving challenges, this role is made for you!

Your closest stakeholders are based in Helsinki, Pasila. We at Elisa believe in the importance of face-to-face interaction in maintaining and developing our culture as well as strengthening the sense of belonging and sense of community. We have a hybrid work model in place, where the expectation is that Elisians will work on average three days a week at the office.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid understanding and skills of Agile methodologies, values and principles
• Ability to see how the tech development work connects to the customer and business value 
• Practical background in software development as a developer or tester
• Understanding in devops, automation testing, AI and ability to discover new technical solutions with development teams
• Experience as an agile coach or as a scrum master
• Great communication skills in spoken and written English, Finnish is an advantage 
• Suitable degree in the relevant field
