Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to find a Lead Data Scientist to drive AI innovation and machine learning in biopharma manufacturing.

📍 Based in Lyon – 3 days on-site, 2 remote.

• Developing AI models to optimise production and reduce costs.
• Designing and deploying machine learning and statistical models.
• Collaborating with engineers and business teams to drive AI adoption.
• Managing and mentoring a team of data scientists.
• Working with real-time IoT data and cloud-based ML pipelines.

🎯 What You Need to Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud ML pipelines.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and optimisation.
• Leadership experience managing data science teams.
• Experience in biopharma, manufacturing, or regulated industries is a plus.
