Data Analyst

Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire multiple Data Analysts in Paris as part of their growing R&D Accelerator team. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) focused on supporting clinical research and product teams with robust data analysis and insight generation.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform exploratory data analysis, build features, and support data products from the ground up
• Partner with R&D stakeholders to understand their needs and turn raw data into clear insights
• Develop dashboards and data visualisations that drive decisions in clinical studies
• Ensure data quality, usability, and governance across platforms like Snowflake and Power BI

✅ Must-Haves

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or similar roles
• Strong SQL and practical Python experience
• Familiarity with data warehouse platforms (Snowflake preferred; BigQuery, Redshift, etc. acceptable)
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent tools)
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders

💡 Nice-to-Haves

• Cloud experience (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure okay)
• Experience with clinical or healthcare data
• Familiarity with data governance tools and best practices
