Work Student, UI/UX Design (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Work Student (all genders) with a passion for web design and e-commerce to assist us in improving our website. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strategic mindset, and a drive for implementing growth-focused strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the redesign and optimization of our website with a focus on enhancing the e-commerce experience
• Apply growth design strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates
• Support in collaboration with the marketing and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions
• Support in conducting A/B testing and analyse user behaviour to inform design decisions
• Develop and implement new features to improve the overall user experience and drive sales
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies
  
  

Requirements

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (User Interface Design, User Experience Design, UX Growth Design or related)
• Good understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices
• Experience with Figma is a must. Experience with common design and prototyping tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
