Data Scientist

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions focused on time series analysis for business-critical applications
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models and recurrent neural networks (RNNs) for specialized use cases
• Build and maintain efficient data processing pipelines to support model training and inference
• Implement and evaluate model deployment strategies in production environments
• Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and research in AI, ML, and neural network architectures

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production settings
• Strong Python programming skills, including experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and SciPy
• Expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, particularly for RNNs and custom neural network models
• Proven experience with time series data management and analysis techniques
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns
• Proficiency with version control tools (Git) and unit testing practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with model compression techniques (e.g., pruning, quantization, distillation)
• Hands-on knowledge of transformer models and large language models (LLMs)
• Understanding of MLOps workflows and model lifecycle management
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform)
• Background in industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong plus
