Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and refine business requirements.
• Translating complex business needs into detailed technical tasks and effectively communicating these to the IT development team.
• Developing comprehensive functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and detailed design specifications.
• Creating and maintaining internal documentation, manuals, and specifications to ensure system and process clarity.
• Leading the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance system monitoring capabilities, proactively addressing potential issues, and increasing the overall value delivered to customers.

The requirements for the role:

• Significant experience in IT Business Analysis or IT Project Management.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in both technical and non-technical terms.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical writing.
• Solid understanding of API concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and database principles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a keen eagerness to learn.
