As our Business Data Analyst, you’ll be a core part of a cross-functional team focused on sales growth, portfolio profitability, customer retention, and partner performance. You won’t just track KPIs – you’ll help shape them.

Your main goals will be:

• Act as the bridge between Commercial, Management and other teams and Business Intelligence(BI)/Data functions – translating commercial needs into analytics requests, coordinating report development, testing Power BI outputs, and ensuring they deliver business value.
• Support product analysis, and performance reviews by interpreting results in a commercial context.
• Help drive insight-based decisions around customer acquisition, conversion, retention and other vital business processes.
• Deep dive into sales channel data to evaluate efficiency, growth potential, and ROI.
• Monitor and flag commercial risks – including churn trends, revenue leakage, and unrealized sales opportunities.
• In collaboration with BI create and maintain dashboards and reports that translate complexity into clarity – for both executives and local teams.
• Collaborate closely with country managers, regional leadership, and the Commercial Team to fuel strategic decision-making.

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in data/business analysis (ideally in fintech, lending, or SaaS).
• Strong command of SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and Excel.
• Ability to translate business goals into analytical approaches – and data into business actions.
• Experience working with commercial or product teams is a big plus.
• Sharp, curious, proactive – you don’t just report numbers, you ask why they matter.
