HR Assistant Trainee (f/m)

HR Assistant Trainee (f/m)
Contract: Full-time or part-time

Duration: 12 months
YOUR MISSION
- Time management (sick leaves, home office, etc.)
- Follow-up and update of personnel files
- Onboarding of new comers
- Follow-up of trainings
- Support in various administrative tasks (HR andOffice Management)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degreein Human Resources
- Fluency in French and English. Other languagesare appreciated
- You are familiar with the Office package,particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation with discretion
