Job Title : CyberSecurity Architect

Position Context
A Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security infrastructure to safeguard IT systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. This role requires expertise in security frameworks, threat modeling, and risk management, ensuring compliance with industry standards while aligning security measures with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities::
Designing Security Blueprints:
- Model and document Security Patterns and Blueprints for service teams.
- Advise the customer in integrating security blueprints into their Cybersecurity Roadmap.
Security Architecture Review:
- Collaborate with product architects to assess security posture in implementations.
- Ensure alignment with security blueprints and industry best practices.
- Embed security within DevSecOps and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
Privileged Access Management (PAM) Implementation:
- Design and document strategies to leverage PAM solutions in the customer’s context.
- Develop an implementation plan and support integration teams.
- Industrialize deployment for large-scale service instantiation.
Identity & Access Management (IAM):
- Ensure secure integration of IAM solutions with cloud and enterprise applications.
Collaboration & Security Awareness:
- Engage IT, DevOps, and business teams to promote shared security responsibility.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineers.
- Act as a structured security advisor for internal squads and customer stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on Business Continuity.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies, applying them in architecture design.
- Familiarity with TOGAF and SABSA methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on practical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- EU citizenship is mandatory.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Experience in public administration or a complex enterprise environment is desirable.
