UX/UI Designer

Let's take a look at the profile we are looking for:

Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
Degree or/and Master in Design, Multimedia or similar areas;
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles;
Experience with accessibility and functional analysis;
Passion for interacting with human-centered design;
Strong sense of visual and aesthetic;
Solid knowledge of prototyping tools, such as Figma;
Solid knowledge of Adobe CS;
Interest in UX Research Experience working in Agile methodologies will be valued;
Knowledge of standards and best practices for iOS, Android and Web;
A portfolio demonstrating your work and capability to inspire others;
Creativity, thinking outside the box, adaptability and multitasking will be a must have;
Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

Articulate design decisions and communicate them to product, business and technology leaders;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process;
Create UX/UI deliverables, such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed visual designs;
Conduct research activities with users, such as interviews and usability tests;
Analyze research data and use them to create user flows and customer journey maps;
Organize and present research findings and insights to colleagues and stakeholders;
Integrate research findings into design solutions;
Document design guidelines and actively share knowledge on how to use the design system;
Craft digital experiences in low and high-fidelity for web responsive and mobile native apps.
