E-commerce Technical Project Manager (Shopify) - Remote (EST Hours), Portugal Based

Are you a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a passion for digital commerce and a hands-on approach? We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful delivery of eCommerce projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🕒 Working Hours: 14:00 to 22:00 (Portugal Time) / Eastern Time Zone (EST)
🌍 Location: Remote (Portugal-based)
🛒 Tech Stack: Shopify, Pack Digital, Klaviyo, Slack, Jira, Notion

• Manage end-to-end digital project delivery across Shopify-based eCommerce platforms.


• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.


• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.


• Lead project planning, scoping, and resource management in line with Agile methodologies.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.


• Drive continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and delivery processes.


• Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams on platform integrations and enhancements.


• Prepare and present clear, concise project reports and updates for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Digital Delivery Manager


• Hands-on experience with Shopify (must-have)


• Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or vendors


• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills


• Familiar with CMS tools, Klaviyo, and front-end frameworks


• Experience with Agile methodologies


• Availability to work in Eastern Time Zone (EST) – 14:00 to 22:00 (Portugal Time)


• Excellent communication skills in English
