Duties & Role

Senior Project Manager- Spain (Full Remote) – Big Insurance Company

  • Project Planning and Execution, Lead project planning sessions, coordinate staff and resources, and manage project progress to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders, present updates to senior management, and ensure effective communication and expectation management.
  • Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare status reports, escalate problems, and provide analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure documentation of milestones and deliverables, and manage regional implementation projects for new products or regulatory changes.
  • Align with organizational culture and client environment, manage project scope, oversee budgets, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Track project timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience

  • Proactive and dynamic Project Manager Senior.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in Communication with Senior Levels, problem-solving, conflict management, and handling urgent situations.
  • This role requires strong communication skills to effectively conduct planning, execution, and follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, as it is the primary working language.

Experience And Education

  • Proven experience in managing Global implementation projects.
  • Preferred background in insurance companies or similar industries.
  • Minimum experience Over 10 years.
  • Profile Senior Project Manager.
