We are currently seeking a Junior Payroll and HR Assistant to join our Tax Team in Bucharest.

What are we looking for?

A Junior HR Assistant for our office in Bucharest who has:

• A University degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration/HR Admin would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• A pro-active, determined, and creative attitude.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of labour legislation would be considered an advantage.
• Strong English language skills.
• IT skills: Excel; Word; Outlook.
  
  

What about your role?

• End to end monthly payroll processing introducing all data into the REVISAL system and preparing all monthly payroll forms;
• Ensure the liaisons with financial authorities, labour authorities and any other authorities involved in the Romanian regulatory reporting related to payroll processing and personnel administration;
• Setting up all contractual arrangements for the staff members of KPMG’ clients;
• Archiving and maintaining up-to-date records of the clients' employees.
• Updating the clients' HR databases.
• Providing information and support for the clients' employees.
• Preparing and validating documents requested by the clients' employees.
• Preparing periodic or on-request reports for clients.
