Are you interested in the world of data and curious about how HR handles data, as well as what reports and analyses, we can produce to support our daily operations? Our Reward and Services team is looking to expand with an enthusiastic HR data and reporting specialist.
We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR reporting tools, creating local reports and dashboards, and acting as a bridge between HR digital/data and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop HR reporting tools to support efficient managerial decisions.
- Create local reports and dashboards using SQL and PowerBI based on HR business requests.
- Serve as the business translator on Digital HR, bridging the gap between HR digital/data and business requirements.
- Help stakeholders turn business challenges into data questions and analyze the data.
- Explain and visualize findings to stakeholders and advise on next steps.
- Promote and drive the shift to data-driven working.
- Support, report, and monitor corporate headcount and budget planning.
- Participate in the preparation of regular reports.
- Collect corporate data for market analyses and prepare analyses to support HR processes.
What matters to us:
- Proficiency PowerBI, knowledge on SQL
- Experience or curiosity in working with Python would be a plus
- Knowledge of macros, Power Pivot, Access, Power Query;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Confident English language skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in data analysis and report building
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
