Location: Stavanger, Norway

Hybrid: 2/3 days in office

Salary: Competitive Range (depending on seniority)

Azure Engineers/Architects are required to join a market leading innovative consultancy within a Digital Platform Services (DPS) team, which includes several Microsoft MVPs. Specialising in delivering cutting-edge cloud and end-to-end solutions for large enterprise and critical public sector entities.

The Roles

Azure Engineers/Architects are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, applying best practices from the Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF). The role involves overseeing core Azure services like compute, storage, networking, identity, and security, while also managing Kubernetes deployment, policy-driven governance, and cloud cost optimisation. Additionally, candidates will engage in DevOps practices using tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and PowerShell to automate infrastructure and manage API Integration.

Preferred Skills:

• Consulting, client communications and technical implementation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience in Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security.
• Proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and container management.
• Knowledge of Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Experience with policy-driven governance, cloud cost control, and optimisation strategies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Ability to manage and deploy APIs with Azure API Management.
• AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions, AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
• Norwegian Language Skills – Minimum B2
