IT Trainee

Job Summary

We’re looking for an IT Trainee to join our team. You may not have work experience yet, but if you have a finished education related or unrelated to IT, can demonstrate the right work ethics and thinking level along with solid analytical skills, this position is ideal for you. We believe in providing growth opportunities, and we offer a two-year IT training program where you can work and learn simultaneously. As IT Trainee, you will start on the support department.

Responsibilities

• Picking up and maintain of tickets received in the Service desk based on the used procedures.
• Testing of the software and making sure that functionality is delivered correct
• Making application (releases) available for customers
• Communicate with customers when new release is available
• Communicate with the Teamlead Support about the planning and changes in planning
• Awareness of open items at customers and in case required communicate with teamlead/managers
• Meet SLA agreements
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (HBO level)
• 0-2 years work experience
• Affinity with IT
• Excellent communicative skills
• Excellent in English and local language, written as verbal
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and data management. (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with the Oracle Suite, including its applications and functionalities. (Preferred but not mandatory)
