Join a dedicated team of Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters building innovative document management software to advance clinical research.

We’ve partnered with our client for years, working on a trust-based, collaborative model. Our work spans development (.NET, C#, React), automation (Playwright), and DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform), with a strong culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork.

We're looking for someone with agile mindset who enjoys working with development teams.

Position – How You’ll Contribute

• Leading and coaching DevOps teams to enable them to self-organize to achieve their sprint goals
• Cooperating with a PO to ensure that the team backlog and plans are ready for future sprints
• Working closely with the team to understand progress and help team clear blockers
• Promoting a understanding of agile principles and guiding teams in adapting quickly to change
• Facilitating clear communication of DevOps team progress and ensuring all stakeholders are aware of potential risks
  
  

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• +3 year of commercial experience in the agile way of working (preferably Scrum) and project/team-management (.e. as a manager, leader, delivery manager) – a must-have
• Facilitation, teaching, coaching and mentoring skills – a must-have
• Leading change implementation in a flexible yet methodical way (based on the best practices)
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Open-minded attitude and readiness to embrace change
