Job Description

• Oversee operational project activities and task management.
• Ensure clear and structured communication with clients and other Project Managers.
• Track project deadlines and team capacity to ensure efficient workload distribution.
• Verify that clients provide properly structured task descriptions to avoid miscommunication.
• Maintain organized project documentation and progress reports.
• Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve project bottlenecks.
• Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Optimize project workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Foster a collaborative and problem-solving culture within the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital or creative industries.
• Experience with task management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with resource allocation and workload balancing.
• Experience working with creative teams (design, content, marketing) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.).
• Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
• Background in UX/UI, design, or digital marketing projects.
