We have partnered with another bank in the UAE who are undergoing a massive digital transformation, and are looking to make first hires in their Agile teams!

This is a role for a business analyst who is excited to work on a blank page, building something from the ground up, and where you can have a real impact by being part of a nimble and very driven team.

As one of the first Business Analysts on the team, you will be responsible for analysing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing effective solutions that drive growth and efficiency!

MUST HAVE Requirements

✅ Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science.

✅ 5 years’ experience in financial services/ banking sector as a BA.

✅ Well-versed in retail and wholesale banking processes.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Previous experience with digital banking processes and automation.
