As a Support Engineer at Promon, you'll be at the intersection of development and customer success, helping to bridge the gap between technical expertise and client satisfaction. You’ll gain hands-on experience with our innovative technologies for both Android and iOS platforms, all while contributing to the security of our customers' applications. This role is an exciting opportunity to start your career in cybersecurity and technology, offering growth within a dynamic, collaborative, and cutting-edge environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Stay updated on product features and cybersecurity-related technical issues by actively collaborating with the development team for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Participate in product development by analyzing security-related issues, identifying code-related problems, and effectively communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Combine your technical expertise with a customer-centric, security-focused approach to meet client needs and ensure secure, high-quality user experiences.
• Provide technical support to clients, leveraging your deep understanding of the product.
• Manage and follow up on incoming technical issues and cases, ensuring timely resolution.

• Fluency in English.

Where You'll Work

Our office in Vika, Oslo is a hub for collaboration, featuring inviting communal spaces that encourage interaction and idea sharing. While we provide flexibility, we prefer a physical presence in our office 3 days a week.
