Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Due to continued growth and expansion plans of Charterhouse Middle East we are looking to further expand our market share across the Middle East within our Technology & IT Division. For these roles we are looking to hire recruiters with 2-3 years’ experience in a 360-recruitment role.

This role will require someone with an ethical, consultative, value driven approach combined with an in-depth knowledge of Technology/IT. We are open to speaking to consultants that have successful track record-making placements within Software Engineering, IT, Data, AI/ML, Design (UX/UI), Cybersecurity, Gaming, Infrastructure, or Telecommunications. We are looking for someone that has GCC recruitment experience and a good understanding of the region.

The ideal candidate will be someone that is comfortable sourcing candidates, market mapping, dealing with stakeholders as well as having the ability to generate new business whilst working with existing clients across the wider business. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the technical and non-technical requirements that the market dictates coupled with a professional, driven, innovative and entrepreneurial approach.
