Project Coordinator - Retail Fit-Out

WeAreAspire Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee multiple high-end retail interior fit-out projects.

The ideal Project Coordinator will work closely with Retail Project Managers, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of multiple retail interior fit out projects from start to finish
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Create project schedules and timelines, and assign tasks to team members
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
• Attend project meetings and provide regular project status updates
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure project quality standards are met and implement corrective actions when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a project coordinator in a reputed Fit out or Shopfitting Industry.
• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Valid UAE Driving License
