Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated engineer with AI and Data Science experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work on analyzing datasets related to electric vehicle battery performance, developing predictive models, and integrating AI capabilities into our software products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Study, process, transform, and analyze large datasets of electric vehicle battery data to extract meaningful insights.
• Model Development: Design, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models to predict battery performance metrics such as state of charge (SOC), state of health (SOH), and remaining useful life (RUL).
• Algorithm Development: Create custom algorithms tailored to specific challenges in battery management, enhancing the predictive capabilities of our models.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of methodologies, model development processes, and results to ensure reproducibility and clarity for stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the software product team to integrate AI solutions into our existing software products, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
• Data Visualization: Develop visual representations of data and model outputs using tools like Matplotlib or Tableau to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and battery technology to continually improve our processes and solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R; familiarity with Java or C++ is a plus.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques.
• Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) concepts is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
