Purpose

Key Responsibility

  • Lead Development Team: Guide and mentor, a team of .NET developers.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Technical Leadership: Facilitate technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to identify and meet technical requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve complex technical issues and provide expert technical resources to the team.
  • Innovation: Lead innovative approaches on infrastructure, performance optimization, and automation.

Qualification

BE or ME in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field

Experience

5 to 8 years

Additional Technical Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Dot net development, project estimating, and planning.
  • Over 5 years’ experience of IT application design and development.
  • Experience in workflow application development preferred
  • Experience in Industrial development
  • Experience in ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, Vue.js
  • Familiar with database (MS SQL / Oracle)
