This role is part of the ADAPT Strategic Program, leading the Agile@Scale transformation across multiple geographies and technologies. Key Responsibilities
- SAFe Transformation: Lead the implementation and scaling of SAFe practices across teams and departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), leaders, and team members to overcome impediments and enhance Agile maturity.
- Leadership Influence: Navigate all levels of the organization to influence cultural shifts, foster psychological safety, and drive management of change collaboratively with business SMEs.
- Training & Facilitation: Conduct workshops and training sessions on SAFe principles, roles, and best practices.
- Collaboration Tools Expertise: Utilize tools like Miro for brainstorming, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet for process documentation, and Jira/Rally for Agile project management.
- Planning & Roadmaps: Develop actionable plans and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Problem Solving & Communication: Deploy strong problem-solving skills and assertive communication to challenge thinking constructively while maintaining patience and resilience.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of Agile initiatives.
- Value Stream Mapping : Experienced in designing, implementing, and optimizing Value Streams to enhance the flow of value across the organization and align teams with business objectives.
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 6.0 or 5.X (mandatory).
- 7+ years of experience in Agile coaching with a focus on SAFe methodologies.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships and influence change across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in tools like Miro, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint or Smartsheet
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on psychological safety and group dynamics.
- Passionate about coaching others while exhibiting patience and resilience in challenging environments.
